Socialitea does not give medical advice or make diagnoses. The recipes are meant as support and we don't promise they will help. Natural herbs can also cause side effects, allergic reactions and affect how medicines work. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or the tea is for a child. If your symptoms are serious, persistent or getting worse, see a doctor. Stop straight away if a tea doesn't agree with you.
